General Objectives
The 2nd Cycle in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education confers the master's degree and its main objective is to qualify for Physical Education teaching in the levels of Basic and Secondary Education.
This course aims to train professionals with competencies for teaching performance in physical education, in particular, and for intervention in all areas inherent to professional practice, in general, stimulating effectiveness in the various fields of knowledge, such as action-research, reflection, decision-making, conflict management and permanent updating and adaptation to the environment, allowing the systematic improvement of the area of intervention of Prof. of physical education.

- Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, resulting from a 1st cycle of studies organised according to the principles of the Bologna Process, in the areas of Physical Education, Physical Education and Sport; Human Kinetics; Kinetics Science; Sports Sciences;
- Holders of a foreign higher academic degree recognised as meeting the objectives of the bachelors degree;
- Holders of academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognised as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle.
