General Objectives
The main objectives of this course are:
- To stimulate scientific initiation through carrying out academic assignments;
- To develop strategies for assessment and prescription of personalised, cardio and bodybuilding training for different types of users of gymnasiums and fitness centres, and for special groups;
- To improve the quality of professional performance through the critical analysis of the different methodologies of activities in gymnasiums and fitness centres.

Admission Requirements
- Holders of a bachelors degree or legal equivalent in the areas of Physical Education; Physical Education and Sport; Human Kinetics; Kinetics Sciences; Sports Sciences or related;
- Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, resulting from a 1st cycle of studies organised according to the principles of the Bologna Process in the areas of Physical Education; Physical Education and Sport; Human Kinetics; Kinetics Sciences; Sports Sciences or related;
- Holders of a foreign higher academic degree recognised as meeting the objectives of the bachelors degree;
- Holders of academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognised as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle.
