General Objectives
The aim of the course is to train senior staff with the skills, knowledge and competences for the labour market, with specific training in various sub-areas of Business Sciences, with the following objectives: - To provide a solid training in the various areas of management, accompanied by knowledge in other essential areas (e.g. exact sciences, social and legal sciences, etc.); - To provide theoretical and practical standards and the technical/scientific knowledge necessary to gain employment, work and develop professionally in various types of organisation; - To prepare professionals able to perform a wide range of functions in various fields of management (e.g. marketing, HR, audit, accounting, logistics); - To encourage an entrepreneurial spirit and the development of diverse behavioural skills; - To stimulate the spirit of research by encouraging graduates to pursue studies at the 2nd and 3rd cycle levels.
