General Objectives
To deepen principles of pedagogy and didactics for the practice of clinical supervision;
Acquire personal and professional development skills, with a view to self-transformation and self-realization;
To develop competences that promote a critical and reflexive analysis in the context of clinical supervision;
Involve trainees in planning and evaluation methodologies, quality enhancers in clinical supervision;
Understand the dialogic relationship between theory and practice, in a research perspective and a logic of intentionality, experiencing, interdisciplinary problem solving methodologies, understanding of dynamics and creative activities.
