The EE’s mission is to promote a proficient customer service, in person, by telephone or digitally, to support students, throughout their academic career, in all areas, namely academic, international mobility, access to scholarships, access to accommodation, food and services provided in the areas of health and welfare, among others, with quality, accuracy, reliability, efficiency and effectiveness.
