The UTAD is concerned about contributing to the transition of its students to the labour market. The advertising of job offers, internships or fellowships, the undertaking of initiatives aimed at promoting the greater employability of young graduates and the development of students for better employability, participation in studies identifying new professions and new labour markets are all ongoing concerns of the University.
UTAD is committed to enhancing the employability of its students, and has adopted as a strategy a close relationship between its students, graduates and employers, creating experiences in the labour market.
In this context, UTAD has created different mechanisms to foster employability, namely the creation of an employment portal, the soft-skills plan, volunteering work, job fairs and other activities.
